ATNU Electrolytes Hydro Ice is a refreshing way to enjoy electrolytes. Simply freeze, snip the top and enjoy an ice-cold freeze pop with a fruity taste. Enriched with potassium, sodium, chloride, calcium and magnesium – minerals naturally found in the body.

Directions for Use
Shake the pouch before freezing. Place in the freezer overnight. Cut off the top and enjoy.
For general hydration or light electrolyte supplementation, 1–2 freeze pops (50–100 ml) per day is suitable for most people. During periods of intense exercise or increased sweating, 3–4 freeze pops spread throughout the day may help support hydration.
