Why is the product salty?

Electrolytes naturally have a salty taste, and sodium chloride (NaCl) is common table salt. Because the tablets contain concentrated electrolytes without dilution, the salty taste is more noticeable than in traditional effervescent tablets.

Directions for Use

Take 1–6 tablets as needed before, during or after activity. No water is required, but you may drink according to your needs. Maximum 6 tablets daily.
